Journey to Alkalinity: The Lifestyle

One of the key questions I am asked is “how does one begin living an alkaline lifestyle?” Below are key steps that can be implemented to begin the journey.


  1. Eliminate Blood (Meat), Starch, Diary, Hybrid’s, GMO’s and Sugar from your diet.

  2. The nutritional guide that Dr. Sebi created is apart if the pinned post and files. Familiarize yourself with the guide and follow 100%. (Remember this is a journey and not a destination.) As this lifestyle, as you can see, is plant based, consume approved vegetables and SEEDED fruits.

  3. Consume 1 Gallon of Natural Spring Water daily. Key limes can be added to alkaline your water.

  4. Herbs, herbs, herbs as they are great in helping ensure that your body is obtaining the nutrients that is needed on a daily basis and it aids in detoxing.

  5. Eliminate stress from your life. Stress is not good and contributes to acidity in the the body. Along with proper nutrition you should exercise, meditate, digress and unwind.


In essence, the alkaline lifestyle consists of lots and lots of fruits and vegetables, dedication and commitment but trust me, once you begin the journey you will feel so much better and you will be motivated to continue.


I urge you to get started, enjoy the journey and experience the great benefits this lifestyle has to offer in overall great health. If you have an illness you want to reverse, jump in, do the work and reclaim your health.
