Life is about balance and as we journey through this life we must ensure that we stay free from stressors of this world and provide our bodies with the correct nutrients so that our bodies can perform at an optimal level.
This can be achieved by alkalizing your Body, Mind and Spirit.
The Body
The body is phenomenal and was designed to heal itself; but, we must provide the proper environment. Did you know that the brain rebuilds every year, bones every three months, blood very four months, skin every month, liver every six weeks, lungs every two to three weeks, stomach every five days and DNA every two months? Depending on what we ingest determines if good cells or bad cells are rebuilt. For this reason, our goal should be too alkaline the body. Alkalinity guarantees that good cells are restored and this elevates dis-ease.
The Mind and the Spirit
We have all heard that the body can achieve what the mind believes. This is oh so true! If we get our mind together the body would follow and the possibilities would be endless. Seems simple, but we all know that this can be very difficult to achieve.
There are many ways to sync the mind and the spirit, which would ultimately put you on the right path to heal your body. A couple of ways are meditation and yoga. Meditation allows you to be still, go within and listen to your inner most thoughts. If you are a beginner, it may feel strange, but don’t worry you will get better as you begin to meditate daily. In my opinion Yoga and meditation work hand in hand as they both help to provide balance in one’s life both physically and mentally.
Now is a great time to take control of your life. The goal is to be in sync Body, Mind & Spirit which is ultimately a recipe for good living.
